Understanding what you want and (more importantly) what you don't want in a partner and how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors impact the decisions that you make in your relationships.

Self-Management

Managing your thoughts, feelings and behaviors so that you can relate to your partner effectively and make decisions that are free of assumptions, distortions, or unhealthy reactions.

Social Awareness

Evaluating your partner fully in order to detect unhealthy traits and behaviors that could make your life miserable for years to come as well as to understand what that partner wants and doesn't want so that you can meet their needs.

Relationship Management

Managing your partner’s emotions and behaviors, as well as communicating, negotiating, and resolving conflict skilfully.

How I can help you Increase your Emotional Intelligence skills and achieve your relationship goals?

You will find Emotional Intelligence in all of my work, from Coaching sessions to online courses.

When you start sessions with me, if we both believe that EI can help, you will have the option of signing up to take an Emotional Intelligence assessment designed by a very reputable independent company. This online assessment will take around 20 minutes of your time and will give us invaluable information about the EI skills that need attention. You can take this assessment as an addition to any ongoing sessions that you may have signed up for and receive a report, or as part of a package.

If you decide to sign up for my EI package, here is what you will get:

  1. EI online assessment
  2. Personalized report on your EI skills
  3. Comprehensive questionnaire of symptoms that may be impacting you
  4. My review of the documents
  5. 2- 50-minute online or in-office debriefing session with me

After you have the debriefing sessions, we will continue with individual or couple’s sessions and I will use your results (as well as your partner’s) to help you improve your relationship.

Understanding Self and Partner

Managing Feelings and Behavior

Negotiating and Resolving Conflict

I have never had more conflict than with the man I married. I found Dr. Georgiana while browsing the internet for help.
